NETS believes that our training in gospel-driven church planting is applicable across all cultures. Internationally, our strategy is to team with local seminaries and denominational leaders to facilitate an indigenous church-planting movement by establishing a centralized church-planter training site. Just as NETS is seeking to plant healthy, gospel-driven, reproducing churches in New England, we seek to establish foreign NETS outposts where local leaders can be trained and sent out to seed the soil of their country with the gospel of Christ.

We carry out this strategy by first recruiting top-flight men and their families to our NETS program in New England. Through rigorous training in our Residency Program, these Pastors are then sent back to their country to plant a flagship church with the support of our Field Program. As the church grows, we then help to establish a local NETS training center where seminary trained men can be equipped to plant additional local churches.
