By God's grace, NETS has graduated four church planting pastors from the Residency Program to the Field Program, ministering in three church plants. These pastors receive mentoring, man power, and financial assistance.

Don Willeman was the NETS pilot resident, coming to Christ Memorial Church in 1999 to be mentored after graduating from Dallas Theological Seminary with a Th.M. Don was sent out in 2000 to plant a church in the Hanover, N.H., area and is now the senior pastor of Christ Redeemer Church. Previously, Don led church and campus-based ministries in Ohio, Michigan, and Texas. He is married to Dori, and together they have four children.
Don deeply loves living in the Upper Valley enjoying its unique blend of small-town life mingled with the big-city opportunities of its world-renowned institutions. He desires to see the gospel be a blessing to the Valley and in turn see its people be a blessing to the world.

At that time he was joined by his wife, Victorine, and their then four children, in their first U.S. visit. In 2005, NETS sent Sam and his family home to plant Redeemer Baptist Church.
